Who it suits
Low muscle tone or weakness, needing anterior pelvic support to prevent unsafe posture.
The belt comes second in the setup order — seat, then belt, then back. Pelvic position is what everything above it is built on, so a belt is a headline product here, not an accessory. It should cover the ASIS at 45°, or sit at the top of the femur just after the pelvic crease and clamp down.
