Pro Medicare designed Impulso for people who need targeted postural support, particularly hemiplegic users and amputees at moderate pressure-sore risk. It makes foot propulsion easier while stabilising the paralysed limb, or allows a different positioning of a limb or stump. It is suited to moderate asymmetries, windswept hips, pelvic obliquity and rotation, and posterior or anterior pelvic tilt.
