Description

The tauron|rf is a bariatric rollator built for people whose needs standard frames cannot meet. It carries up to 250 kg as standard and can be specified to 300 kg. Large 10-inch wheels with drum brakes make it equally usable indoors and out.

Its part-folding function is the feature that matters day to day: the frame narrows to 71 cm while still supporting the user, so doorways, hallways and lifts stop being barriers.

Built to the user

This is a made-to-order product. We measure, specify and order it to fit, then deliver and set it up. The combinations available are:

• Seat heights: 51.5 cm, 53.5 cm, 55.5 cm, 57.5 cm
• Seat depth: adjustable, 30 cm standard
• Back strap: infinitely adjustable

Why this is assessed rather than bought off the shelf

Seat width, seat height and back height all have to match the user. Get them wrong and the frame is unsafe as well as uncomfortable. We measure properly, specify the build, and stand behind it.
