The Commode Cushion is a self-regulating support rather than a vacuum support and are designed for comfort.
The Commode Cushions have been designed to reduce discomfort and accommodate some pelvic obliquity. They provide comfort and support on toilets, shower seat and commodes.
This is a self-regulating product, it does not create a vacuum so no pumps are required.

The first vacuum support was devised over 50 years ago and it was so successful that the idea developed into a range and over the past two decades through professional therapists input we now have a comprehensive range of solutions that are available today.
The ReMould Vacuum Support System is a flexible and highly adaptable solution to meet the postural needs of both adults and children.
ReMould’s are designed to provide comfortable postural support to the user within the seating area required.
As it is not a fixed mould, it is able to adapt to the user’s changes easily.
All of our supports are manufactured in a sealed hygienic material and can be used for more than one user.
Standards products are available alongside a completely bespoke design and manufacturing service.
Our ReMould Vacuum Supports are suitable for the following conditions plus many more:
The ReMould’s are a vacuum system, so they are rigid when used, so they have no pressure reliving properties. However because the cushion molds exactly to the shape of the individual there is effective dissipation of their weight.
The support can be showered in clean water and washed with a dilute solution of washing detergent (washing up liquid). Diluted disinfectants can also be used for hygiene with special care applied to the suction cups and seams.
Suckers allow you to secure the item to the bath or shower to ensure that it does not slip on entry and exit. In hard water areas it is advisable to de-scale the suction cups quarterly by removing them from the support and soaking them in de-scaling solution.
Further backrest option for the commode.
The hand and foot pumps are compatible to use with the whole ReMould range however we would recommend using the foot pump for larger-sized supports and the hand pump for the smaller sized supports.
The system maintains its shape at room temperature almost indefinitely with a simple weekly maintenance regime to ensure that the client has the most support possible.
With frequent changes of pressure, shape and spasms, air may need extracting more frequently.
If a ReMould is not maintaining its vacuum for 24 hours, it will need to be repaired.
All of our products undergo a 48-hour test process as part of our BS EN ISO 9002 process before leaving our factory. The ReMould’s comply with BS5852 ignition source, 0.1 and 5 which means they are flame retardant. This enables us to offer a 2 year warranty on all our ReMould’s
