Younique Healthcare aims to deliver products in a timely, safe, and accessible manner, offering multiple delivery options across the UK.

Standard Delivery (GB Mainland)

  • Delivery is Free under normal circumstances. Outside of Mainland GB some delivery charges apply and will depend on your address.
  • Highlands and Islands may incur an additional delivery charge depending on the product. Once we know your full address we can contact you with additional information. We aim to serve all of our customers with FREE DELIVERY though, so please don’t be alarmed, we will do our best to deliver at no additional charge.
  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days
    From £4.95 or free for orders over £100

  • Express Delivery: 1–2 working days
    From £9.95 (subject to stock availability)

Larger items such as beds, powerchairs, hoists, and riser recliners may be subject to lead times of 5–10 working days and may require contact to schedule delivery.

White Glove & Clinical Installation Services

For medical or complex equipment, we offer a White Glove Delivery and Clinical Setup Service, which includes:

  • Delivery to room of choice

  • Professional assembly

  • Risk assessment and demonstration

  • Removal of packaging

Available across most of the UK. Charges vary depending on product type and location—quoted at checkout or agreed at the point of sale.
