At Younique Healthcare, we are committed to customer satisfaction and product suitability. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to resolve it.
Returns & Cancellations
You have the right to return most items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
To request a return, email support@youniquehealthcare.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without confirmation from our team.
Exceptions
Certain items are non-returnable unless faulty:

Made-to-order or custom items (e.g. seating, ramps, or slings tailored to specification)

Items of a personal or hygiene nature (e.g. toileting equipment, pressure relief mattresses) if packaging has been opened

Equipment used in a clinical or care setting
If unsure whether your product qualifies, please contact us prior to purchase.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your product is faulty or damaged on arrival, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Return Costs
Unless an item is faulty or sent in error, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We advise using a tracked service, as items lost in transit cannot be refunded.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item, provided it meets our returns criteria. VAT-exempt items returned for non-qualifying reasons may have VAT deducted from the refunded amount.
