The Wedge Therapy Supports are available in three sizes and are available for therapy and prone play. Naturally contouring to the shape of any body, the Burnett ReMould system is a perfect fit enabling equipment to fit you and you to fit equipment.
The prone wedges are available for postural drainage and relaxation. Wedges can be used for prone and supine therapy, as well as floor sitting aids for positioning and peg feeding. Wedge Therapy Supports are really good for immersive sleep positioning and floor lying – e.g. in schools or playing fields where users can lay with their teammates and friends to enjoy the outdoors, and sit with family and friends when the support is folded.

The ReMould Vacuum Support System consists of a sealed casing appliance of flexible Polyurethane material which is high frequency welded and filled with thousands of flame retardant polystyrene microbeads.
The system is designed to provide comfortable support by moulding the beads (with air present) to the profile of the user, which creates a custom intimate mould.
Extracting the air from the system causes the casing to contract and the bead’s static nature brings them together to form a mould.
By introducing air back into the system the ReMould is able to adapt over time to any changes in profile.[/vc_column_text]
The burnett remould range of products allows for multiple applications across both wet and dry environments with suitability for over 30 medical conditions. Comprising a mix of vacuum-moulded and self-regulating aids, the postural supports not only retain a shape individual to the user but can be easily remoulded as user needs change or grow. For those unfamiliar with moulded postural supports, the support itself consists of a heat-sealed vinyl casing filled with thousands of small soft beads – similar in some respects to a beanbag. When air is extracted from the casing, the beads compress and can be further manipulated to form a shaped mould unique to the individual’s body contours. For self-regulating supports, once the weight-pressure is released, air re-circulates within the casing, returning the support to its original malleable state, ready for reuse. For vacuum-moulded supports, a pump is used to extract the air and form the mould. Vacuum-moulded products retain the moulded-shape even when user is not in-situ. Again, the reintroduction of air to the casing ‘resets’ the support, allowing it to be re-moulded time and time again as needs dictate.
