The bath buddy is generally very good but we chose the smaller version and it only just reaches the specified height–meaning we wish we had bought the taller one. Also, the feet which you secure the bath buddy to the floor of the bath with are a little hard to pull up and require you to reach over into the bath to release them. But overall it is a good product

Apart from a rather lengthy ordering procedure for somebody outside the UK the Bath Buddy is an ingenious bath lift which inflates and deflates rather quickly due to a powerful compressor. The main advantage is, however, that this bath lift deflates completely so that one can lay down flat in the bathing tub.

The Bath-lift does what it promised. The seat when inflated is firm and supportive. The emptying, powered by the user’s weight, takes its time, and at that point can be slightly unstable and benefits from a grab rail and upper body strength. The refill is rapid – about 30secs, and is excellent.
