The Burnett ReMould Sleeping System is designed to provide comfortable support by moulding the beads (with air present) to the profile of the user, which creates a custom intimate mould.

The system is a sealed high frequency welded three way stretch pvc envelope filled with flexible, mouldable “dust” which is designed to mould to the shape desired by vacuuming air from the integral valve using one of the pump systems provided.

The Burnett ReMould Sleeping System consists of a sealed casing appliance of flexible Polyurethane material which is high frequency welded and filled with thousands of flame retardant polystyrene microbeads.

The system is designed to provide comfortable support by molding the beads (with air present) to the profile of the user, which creates a custom intimate mold.

Extracting the air from the system causes the casing to contract and the bead’s static nature brings them together to form a mold.

By introducing air back into the system the ReMould is able to adapt over time to any changes in profile.

There are a number of cover materials being used with the ReMould system; commonly these are lambs wool fleece and cotton quilted.
